2. What Data We Collect
When you join our waitlist or Founding 50 programme, we collect: your name, email address, trade/profession, and optionally your phone number. This information is provided directly by you through our website form.
When you visit our website, we automatically collect: your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and time spent on each page. This is collected through Google Analytics and the Facebook Pixel for the purpose of understanding website traffic and improving our marketing.
When CallMate is live, we will collect: caller phone numbers, call recordings, call transcripts, caller names and addresses, job details, and booking information. This data is collected to provide our core service of answering calls on your behalf.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data to: provide and improve our services, communicate with you about our product launch and updates, process waitlist and Founding 50 applications, analyse website traffic and marketing effectiveness, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
We process your data under the following legal bases: consent (when you submit the waitlist form), legitimate interests (website analytics, marketing), contractual necessity (providing our service once launched), and legal obligation (record-keeping, tax).
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: Netlify (form hosting), Google (analytics), Meta/Facebook (advertising pixel), Zoho (email), and any future service providers necessary to deliver CallMate. All providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
6. Call Recording and AI Processing
When CallMate is live, calls handled by CallMate will be recorded and transcribed for the purpose of providing the service. Callers will be informed at the start of the call that it is being recorded. Call recordings and transcripts will be stored securely and retained for a maximum of 12 months unless required for legal purposes. You can request deletion of call data at any time.
7. Data Retention
Waitlist and Founding 50 data: retained until you request removal or for 24 months after collection, whichever is sooner. Website analytics data: retained in accordance with Google Analytics and Facebook default retention periods. Call recordings and transcripts: retained for up to 12 months. Account data: retained for the duration of your subscription and for 6 years afterwards for tax and legal purposes.
8. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, restrict or object to processing, data portability, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at tradepulseai@tradepulseai.net. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Cookies
Our website uses cookies for: Google Analytics (traffic analysis), Facebook Pixel (advertising measurement), and essential website functionality. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect website functionality.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), secure hosting with Netlify, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
