TradePulse AI provides an AI-powered products including CallMate, our professional call-handling service for UK tradespeople. CallMate answers inbound calls on your behalf using AI voice technology, qualifies enquiries, schedules appointments, and provides call summaries. The service is currently in pre-launch phase. Joining the Founding 50 or waitlist does not constitute a binding contract for service delivery.
3. Founding 50 Programme
The Founding 50 programme offers selected tradespeople 3 months of free access to CallMate upon launch. Selection is at our discretion. The free period begins from the date your account is activated. After the free period, you may continue on a paid plan or cancel with no obligation. We reserve the right to modify the terms of the Founding 50 programme before launch.
4. Waitlist
Joining the waitlist registers your interest in TradePulse AI. It does not guarantee access, pricing, or any specific features. We will use your contact details to communicate product updates and launch information. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us.
5. Pricing and Payment
Pricing shown on our website is indicative and may change before launch. Final pricing will be confirmed when the service becomes available. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and exclusive of VAT where applicable. There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fee. Refunds for unused portions of a billing period are at our discretion.
6. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for: providing accurate information when registering, maintaining the confidentiality of your account, ensuring your use of our service complies with all applicable laws and regulations, informing your callers that calls may be recorded and handled by an AI system where required by law, and notifying us of any issues or errors with the service promptly.
7. Our Responsibilities
We will: make reasonable efforts to ensure the service is available and functioning correctly, handle calls professionally and in accordance with your instructions, keep your data secure in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and notify you of any significant changes to the service or these Terms.
8. Call Recording
Calls handled by CallMate are recorded and transcribed to provide the service. Callers are informed at the start of each call that it may be recorded. You acknowledge and agree to this recording. Call recordings are stored securely and retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitations
TradePulse AI is an AI-powered service. While we strive for accuracy and professionalism, AI systems may occasionally misunderstand callers or make errors. We do not guarantee that every call will be handled perfectly. We are not liable for any loss of business, revenue, or opportunities arising from AI errors, service downtime, or technical issues. Our total liability to you for any claim related to our service is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, design, logos, and software, is owned by TradePulse AI and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the service at any time. You can cancel by contacting us at tradepulseai@tradepulseai.net. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, use the service for unlawful purposes, or fail to pay applicable fees.
